We will be at the beautiful and friendly Radisson Suites Hotel again in 2007. Almost all of the rooms in the hotel are mini-suites, meaning they consist of two separate rooms with closing doors between and a fold-out sofa bed in addition to the regular bedroom. A few of the rooms are larger suites but they are limited in number and most of the suites are reserved rooms for Meet space so get your reservations in early. They also all have a bar-sink, microwave, small refrigerator, and a second TV in the bedroom. The hotel has a choice of double beds or Queen size beds, and also a choice of smoking or non-smoking rooms. The RCFM reserve block price will be $79 per room, per night, plus tax, for 2007.

• Option One: The Web
  The hotel's web page for making RCFM reservations is experiencing technical difficulties. Please use call the hotel to make reservations.
  
  
• Option Two: By Phone
  Call the front desk of the Radisson Suite Hotel at 256-882-9400 or Central Reservations at 800-333-3333 and reserve your room with the help of a reservations agent. Be sure to ask for the RCFM room block.

A couple of things to note. Firstly, you have until May 20^th to make a reservation and receive the Meet's special rate. Secondly, all reservations must be accompanied with a major credit card or by a first night room deposit. The hotel will not hold any reservations after 6:00 p.m. unless secured by one of these methods. Finally, this rate is good for the day before the Meet (Thursday, May 24^th) and the day after (Monday, May 28^th) in case you want to come a day early and/or say a day late. Please note that The Radisson Suite Hotel does not guarantee bed-type in a group block. The bed-type is by request only and will be assigned upon check-in.

• Coming from Nashville or Birmingham on I-65:
  
  • From I-65, take exit 340 onto I-565 East.
  • Go about 19 miles.
  • Take exit 19A onto US 231 (Memorial Parkway) south.
  • Go approximately 4.5 miles.
  • The Radisson is on the right, first right turn after Martin Road. (It's the first stoplight after the overpasses.)
  
  
• Coming from Anniston on US 431 East:
  
  • Come into town on US 431.
  • Turn left onto US 231 (Memorial Parkway) South.
  • Go approximately 5 miles.
  • The Radisson is on the right, first right turn after Martin Road. (It's the first stoplight after the overpasses.)
  
  
• Coming from Murfreesboro on US 231 South:
  
  • Drive through Huntsville until you pass I-565.
  • Go approximately another 4.5 miles.
  • The Radisson is on the right, first right turn after Martin Road. (It's the first stoplight after the overpasses.)
  
  
• Coming from Birmingham on US 231 North:
  
  • Take I-65 north.
  • Take exit 328 onto state route 36 East.
  • Go approximately 20 miles.
  • Turn onto US 231/SR 53 north.
  • Cross the Tennessee river and go approximately 6.5 miles.
  • Just after Byrd Spring Road, turn left on Blvd South.
  
  
• Coming from Memphis or Chattanooga on US 72:
  
  • Take US 72 until it crosses US 231 (Memorial Parkway).
  • Turn onto US 231 south.
  • Go approximately 4.5 to 5.5 miles.

• Coming from the airport:
  
  
  • Hotel courtesy shuttle:
    The hotel offers a free shuttle service to and from the airport. Upon arrival, collect you luggage and then contact the hotel via the coutesy telephones. A shuttle van will be sent to pick you up.

    • Follow the signs to I-565 east.
    • Take exit 19A onto US 231 (Memorial Parkway) south.
